When to go to the Vet?

All Paws want to make sure your pet is fit, happy and healthy throughout all the stages of their life.

We recommend if you get a new pet (puppy/kitten) that they have a health check with their first and second vaccinations and then a free 6 month health check to make sure they are growing well and are not developing any issues.

We recommend at least a yearly check for healthy pets with no conditions and this can be done during your pets annual booster vaccinations

Sometimes pets need to be on long term medications for medical illnesses and if so they may need more frequent visits to check everything is going well

Our vets will examine your pet from head to toe checking their teeth, eyes, ears, heart, lungs, abdomen (belly), skin, nails, tail and any lumps or bumps. We will always listen to you and go through any abnormalities you have spotted with your pet, we will always come up with a treatment plan that suits you and your pets needs. We will listen to any questions you have and make sure you are happy with any treatment plan we recommend.
